"Luce" Provides a Test of Morals

Luce has shades of Lynne Ramsay's We Need To Talk About Kevin (2011). It is a subtle psychological thriller that leaves one back and forth, swaying your standings on the issues at hand.

Kelvin Harrison Jr. is the force that moves this picture and keeps you on edge. Surrounded by solid veterans, such as Naomi Watts, Tim Roth, and Octavia Spencer, Luce dials each question up with every character, causing the viewer to delve deep in thought.

There is an element of identity and existential crisis present in the title character that leaves you guessing constantly. What do you believe?

The questioning of the moral standings of this film will have one thinking even long after finishing this film.
