The 2022 FFS Awards Nominees

As it's become a custom for us since we started this little humble blog, we do our annual For Films' Sake Awards. This is our 4th year recognizing the best and brightest from another terrific year in films.

In our constant efforts to find our own rhythm to beat on, we tend to experiment with this little ceremony (if you will). So this year, we added two new categories: Best Documentary and Best Voice Performance.

We're excited and proud of the nominees that came out from this year's crop. It's a testament to our voting body, which consists of Chris Fuentes, Irvin Hernández, and Joel Meléndez; with the vital collaborations of Julia Andrade (Palomita de Maíz), Amanda Guarragi (Candid Cinema), and Jasmine May (Filmotomy).

And now, here are your nominees for the 2022 For Films' Sake Awards...
